These Terms of Sale govern the purchases made through this online store.
The products offered in the store are limited edition photographic prints created by the artist.
Each artwork is hand-numbered, signed by the artist, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
2. Products
The products offered are collector’s edition photographic prints.
Each product description includes information about:
print size
edition limit
paper type
printing technique
numbering and signature
Once the edition limit has been reached, the artwork will not be reprinted.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on applicable tax regulations and the buyer's location.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, orders will be invoiced based on the price applicable at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
Placing an order through the store implies acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of:
payment issues
technical errors
product unavailability.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods available in the Shopify system, including for example:
credit or debit cards
PayPal
other payment methods offered at checkout.
Full payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
6. Shipping
Products are shipped worldwide.
Estimated delivery times:
up to 14 business days within Europe
up to 21 business days outside Europe
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Shipping Insurance
All shipments include tracking and transport insurance.
If the package arrives damaged, the customer must contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
9. Intellectual Property
All artworks and photographs remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission from the artist is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal Data
Customer data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
