Refund policy

1. Made-to-order products
All photographic prints are made to order.
According to EU and French consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:
  • made to the customer’s specifications,
  • produced on demand.
2. Returns
Returns are not accepted, except in cases of:
  • damaged items during transport,
  • incorrect items received.
3. Claims & complaints
Any claims must be submitted:
  • within 14 days of delivery,
  • by email, including clear photos of the issue.
4. Claim processing
Claims are reviewed within 14 days.
If a claim is accepted:
  • the product will be replaced, or
  • a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.
5. Visual differences
Minor color variations due to screen settings are not considered defects.
