1. Are the photographs originalworks?
Yes. All photographs are original works created by the artist and
printed as fine art prints.
2. What is the difference betweenlimited and open editions?
Limited edition
– available in a fixed number of copies, numbered and (if
specified) signed by the artist. Once sold out, it will not be
reprinted.
- Open edition
– available without quantity limitation.
3. Are the prints signed?
Limited editions may be hand-signed and numbered depending on the
product description.
4. Does the limited edition includea certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Each limited edition print includes a certificate of
authenticity confirming the edition number and total run.
5. What is the processing anddelivery time?
Europe: up to 14 business days
Outside Europe: up to 21 business days
Time is calculated from payment confirmation.
6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, international shipping is available.
7. Will I need to pay customsduties?
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties and local
taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Can I return my order?
Since prints are made to order, returns are not accepted unless:
- the item was damaged during shipping,
- the wrong item was received.
9. What if my print arrivesdamaged?
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear
photos of the damage.
10. Does purchasing a printtransfer copyright?
No. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright ownership. All
rights remain with the artist.
11. Can colors vary from what I seeon screen?
Yes, slight variations may occur due to different monitor
settings.
